With over 16 years in the industry, Monica has worked her makeup magic on many A-list brands, events, celebrities and influencers.  Monica is now one of the most sought after artists in the fashion and bridal industries, and is now a regular at Melbourne’s most exclusive events including Melbourne Fashion week, Brownlow, Spring Racing and beyond.  Her skill of taking current trends and morphing them into relevant concepts is highly recognised, showing off creativity and strong attention to detail on the job.

Monica's vision for the agency started in 2017. When she had such a high demand for wedding bookings she couldn't fulfill, she knew she could still help all of these clients even if she couldn't be the one to do the hair and makeup for them.

Monica's strong relationships with fellow industry professionals led her to handpick and curate Tonic's team of truly talented artists, each of whom will provide you with an excellent service. Monica works closely with artists, mentoring them to develop their skills as artists and act as an advisor and problem solver. She is also dedicated to her office staff who work to build Tonic into a well oiled machine, ensuring clients have an easy experience when booking their hair and makeup.

Monica loves spending time with her little family - her son Brodie, husband Andrew (wedding musician), dog Cookie - and especially loves going on family holidays.
